When you choose Sign in with Google, Google provides basic account information, including your Google account identifier, email address, name and profile picture where available. We use this information to authenticate you and create or link your CLOUDS VPN account. We do not receive your Google password. Google sign-in does not require access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Google Drive files. We also handle order details, selected plans, payment references and payment proof you submit, subscription status, connection credentials and support messages. Service records may include data usage totals, quota and expiry information. Our hosting and authentication providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request timestamps and security logs when delivering and protecting the service. 3. How information is used Information is used to sign you in, manage your account, review payments, fulfil orders, provide connection details, manage subscriptions, answer support requests and investigate errors or misuse. Google account information is used for account authentication and account identification. 4. Storage and service providers We use Supabase for authentication, database and file storage, and Vercel for website hosting. Information needed to deliver your VPN subscription is processed by our VPN server infrastructure. These providers process information as necessary to operate their services. Sharing Account and order information is accessible to authorised administrators who manage payments, fulfilment and support.
